PGD40X-PFR Barrel Conversion Kit

The PGD40X-PFR Barrel Kit is designed to quickly and easily convert the PGD40XPKG-DOT for driving posts, pipes, and stakes up to 3 inches in diameter. Engineered for efficiency and durability, this kit provides a reliable solution for a wide range of construction, utility, fencing, and foundation applications while improving accuracy and maneuverability on the jobsite.

The kit features three versatile, heat-treated hardened steel drive caps designed to protect posts and pipes during installation while maintaining secure contact with the driver anvil. Included is the PGDMDC-RND double-sided drive cap for 16–20ga round pipe in 1⅝", 1⅞", and 2⅜" sizes, the PGDMDC-UC drive cap for 2 lb and 3 lb U-Channel posts, and the PGDMDC-PMLT double-sided drive cap for PostMaster, PostMaster Plus, and Lifetime posts. Each drive cap features deep die-cut grooves and a raised center for improved alignment, stability, and consistent driving performance in demanding applications.

The PGD40X-PFR Barrel Kit is also compatible with the 3200X Poly Guide Sleeves, allowing operators to further improve post alignment, stability, and driving accuracy across a variety of installation applications.
